Happy 2008 everyone!
As has become our tradition in the last few years, we forego the big New Year's Eve events and stay home. We make a fancy dinner (usually involving lobster or some other decadent shellfish), watch the TV broadcast from New York City, and then set off some firecrackers or fireworks if we have some.
Rachel didn't quite make it to see the ball come down in Times Square and I just had to take this sweet photo when she passed out on the couch.
